연구 목적: 이 연구는 COVID-19시기에 간호학과에 입학한 신입생의 자기결정성동기, 학업적 자기효능감, 학습실재감의 정도와 학습 실재감에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하는데 있다. 연구 방법: 간호학과 신입생을 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하였다. 2021년도 9월 6일부터 9월 24일까지 수집하였으며 본 연구에 참여하기로 동의하고 설문지를 완성한 165명의 자료로 통계분석 하였다. 자료는 SPSS/Win 25.0을 이용하여 평균과 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson 상관관계, 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 연구 내용: 학습실재감은 자기결정성동기(r=.51, p<.001), 학업적 자기효능감(r=.61, p<.001)과 유의한 정적상관관계를 보였다. 입학동기, 자기결정성동기와 학업적 자기효능감은 학습실재감 총변동의 41.6%(F=24.38, p<.001)를 설명하였으며, 자기결정성동기와 학업적 자기효능감은 학습실재감에 의미 있는 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 및 제언: 간호대학생의 학습실재감을 향상시키기 위해서는 자기결정성동기와 학업적 자기효능감을 향상시키는 교육 프로그램이 개발되고 다양한 교수법이 적용되어야 할 것이다.

This study is to identify the degree of self-determination motivation, academic self-efficacy, and learning presence of freshmen who entered the nursing department during COVID-19, and to identify the factors that affect learning presence. A survey was conducted for freshmen in the nursing department. It was collected from September 6 to September 24, 2021, and statistical analysis was performed on the data of 165 people who agreed to participate in this study and completed the questionnaire. Data were analyzed by mean and standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS/ Win 25.0. Learning presence showed a significant positive correlation with self-determination motivation (r=.51, p<.001) and academic self-efficacy (r=.61, p<.001). Admission motivation, self-determination motivation, and academic self-efficacy explained 41.6% (F=24.38, p<.001) of the total variation in learning presence, and self-determination motivation and academic self-efficacy had a significant effect on learning presence. In order to improve nursing students’ learning presence, an educational program that enhances self-determination motivation and academic self-efficacy should be developed and various teaching methods should be applied.
