본 연구의 목적은 용무도 선수들이 인식하는 서번트 리더십이 선수만족과 운동몰입의 관계를 분석하는데 있다. 연구의 목적의 달성하기 위해 설문지를 조사도구로 택했다. 자료수집은 2022년 09월 01일부터 30일까지 대한용무도협회에 등록되어 있는 중학교, 고등학교 선수 300명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 이후 불성실하다고 판단된 21부를 제외한 279부의 자료를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 본 연구에서는 IBM SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 21.0을 통해 빈도분석. 신뢰도 검증, 확인적요인분석, 상관관계분석, 경로분석을 실시하였다. 분석된 결과 첫째, 용무도 지도자의 서번트 리더십은 용무도 선수가 느끼는 선수만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 용무도 지도자의 서번트 리더십은 용무도 선수가 느끼는 운동몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 용무도 선수가 느끼는 선수만족은 운동몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 용무도 지도자는 서번트 리더십을 발휘하여 선수들의 운동수행만족과 운동에 몰입하여 경기에 임하게 된다면 최상의 경기력을 발휘할 수 있을 것이다.

The primary purpose of this study was to analyze the effect on Yongmudo leader’s servant leaderships on Yongmudo athletes satisfaction and sport commitment. The questionnaire was used as a measurement tool in this study. For data collection, the survey was conducted to 300 Yongmudo athletes of middle and high school in Korea registered in Korea Yongmudo Association between 1st and 30th September, 2022. Since then, we used 279 copies of data for final data analysis except 21 copies which was filled out insincerely. For the analysis of data, the frequency analysis, reliability verification, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and path analysis were used by IBM SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 version. The research results are as below First, It indicated that Yongmudo coach’s servant leadership affect on athletes satisfaction Yongmudo athletes feel positively. Second, Yongmudo coach’s servant leadership has a significant influence on sport commitment of athletes. Third, It has a influence on athletes satisfaction. So servant leadership of yongmudo coach is to increase satisfaction of athletic performance and make them more concentrate on a competition. As a result, Athletes can show the best performance.
