본 연구는 분배 정의 영역 중 노직과 왈처의 정의론에 대하여 알아보는 데 그 목적이 있다. 분배 정의에서 가장 두각을 나타낸 인물은 롤스이다. 그가 정립한 정의론은 현대 사회에 크나큰 영향을 끼쳤다. 그러나 롤스가 주장하는 정의론은 비판 및 지적을 받아온 바 있다. 이에 노직과 왈처는 롤스의 정의론을 대안으로 제시된 새로운 이론이다. 한편, 노직과 왈처가 추구하는 정의론의 지향점은 각기 달랐다. 노직은 자유주의에 입각한 최소국가와 소유권리론을 정교화하였다면, 왈처는 다원적 평등론에 근거한 정의론을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 노직과 왈처의 분배 정의 논의를 자세히 살펴보는 것에 그 의의를 둔다. 롤스의 정의론과의 차이점을 명확하게 살펴봄으로써 고등학교 『생활과 윤리』 중 분배 정의에 대한 이해를 도모하고자 한다.

This study is to find out the justice of Nozick and Walzer. They are new theories proposed as alternatives to Rawls' theory of justice. However, they opposed Rawls' theory of justice, they developed in different directions. Nozick defined the theory of state as the minimum state. And He completed his argument with the entitlement theory of justice. Walzer argued that there are various areas based on spheres of justice. Furthermore, he established a new theory of justice by presenting his own unique just war theory. For this research, I helped promote an understanding in the sphere of justice in high school Life and Ethics.
