The purpose of this study is to investigate the influencing factors on participation attitude, stress and satisfaction in experience clinical education and school practice in nursing students. The subjects were 217 nursing students living in J city. The data were collected from June 21 to 25 by a self-reported questionnaire. The data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 program and effects of practice participation attitude and practice stress on practice satisfaction were analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) by the SmartPLS 3.0 program.
As a result, First, as a result of higher the attitude of participation in the practice, the positive effect on the satisfaction of the practice(O=0.489, M=0.51). Second, as a result of higher the practice stress, the more negatively it has a negative effect on practice satisfaction(O=-0.401, M=-0.37).
Summarizing the research results, it is necessary to develop a program and build a practice environment that can increase satisfaction by improving participation attitude and reducing stress based on the research result that stress affects satisfaction and participation attitude of nursing management clinical practice alternative school practice.
