Recently, power demand for naval ships has been steadily increasing due to the increase in power of electronic equipment, computers, and power-based weapons systems and high-power new weapons. An integrated power system(IPS) that manages the power supply most appropriate to the demand for power required by naval ships should have the ability to overcome problems such as power outages and failures. In this study, a method of analyzing the impact of the naval ship power system using simulations was presented, and a quality of service(QoS) analysis study was conducted on the proposed power system. While changing the MTBF of each component of IPS of naval ships, the system MTBF according to the two generator operation strategies was calculated, and the QoS of the power system was analyzed and the results were presented.
