본 연구의 목적은 보치아 전임지도자의 전문성 형성과정을 심층적으로 탐색하여 향후 보치아 지도자 교육과정의 방향을 제시하는데 있다. 이론적 표본추출(Theoretical sampling)을 통해 전국 시·도 장애인체육회에 소속되어 있는 보치아 지도자 5명을 연구 참여자로 선정하였다. 결과는 Strauss와 Corbin(1997)의 근거이론 방법을 적용하여 개념 도출 및 패러다임을 구성하고 상황모형을 개발하였다. 개방코딩 결과 249개의 개념이 도출되었다. 이를 다시 40개의 하위 범주로 구성하였으며, 하위범주는 19개의 상위 범주로 최종 범주화하였다. 인과적 조건의 범주로 ‘보치아 스포츠 알게 됨’, ‘보치아 체험’, ‘지도자 선택 동기’, ‘지도자 현실과 이상과의 차이’, ‘채용환경’으로 확인되었다. 맥락적 조건의 범주는 ‘중증장애 이해부족’, ‘중증장애인의 보치아 가치’로 나타났다. 중심현상은 범주 관계의 작용/상호작용에 대한 중심 생각이나 사건으로 ‘전문성 부족 인식’, ‘열악한 훈련환경’으로 범주화 되었다. 중재적 조건은 ‘인식변화’, ‘과도기’, ‘지도자 학습문화’, ‘보치아 발전’으로 범주화 되었다. 작용/상호작용 전략은 ‘다양한 노력하기’, ‘교육경험을 토대로 발전하기’, ‘실천적 지식개발‘로 범주화 되었다. 작용/상호작용 전략의 결과는 ‘전문성 강화’, ‘전문지도자로 꾸준히 발전하기’, ‘중증장애 이해’로 범주화 되었다. 이러한 분석과정을 통해 ‘중증장애 이해를 통한 전임지도자로 발전하기’로 핵심범주를 도출하였고, 최종적으로 ‘보치아 전임지도자의 전문성 형성에 관한 상황모형’을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to explore in-depth the professional formation process of a former Boccia coach and to present the direction of the future Boccia coaching curriculum. Through theoretical sampling, five full-time coaches of Boccia of the provincial and provincial athletic associations for the disabled. As a result, by applying the grounded theory method of Strauss and Corbin (1997), concept derivation and paradigm were constructed, and a circumstantial model was developed. As a result of open coding, 249 concepts were derived. This was again composed of 40 subcategories, which were finally categorized into 19 upper categories. The categories of causal conditions were identified as 'Knowing Boccia Sports', 'Boccia Experience', 'Motivation for coach selection', 'Difference between coach reality and ideal', and 'Recruitment Environment'. The categories of contextual conditions were found to be 'lack of understanding of severe disabilities' and 'boccia value of severely disabled people'. The central phenomenon was categorized as a 'perception of lack of expertise' and a 'bad training environment' as a main idea or event on the action/interaction of category relations. Interventional conditions were categorized into 'change of perception', 'transitional period', 'coach learning culture', and 'Bochia development'. Action/interaction strategies were categorized into 'making various efforts', 'developing based on educational experiences', and 'developing practical knowledge'. The action/interaction strategy results were categorized into 'strengthening expertise', 'constantly developing into professional coaches', and 'understanding severe disabilities'. This analysis process derived a key category as 'developing into a full-time coach through understanding severe disabilities'. Finally, a 'situation model on the formation of expertise of full-time Boccia coaches' was presented.
