본 연구의 목적은 발달장애청소년을 위해 개발된 진로성숙도검사의 측정학적 적합성(신뢰도와 타당도)을 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 선행검사도구와 문헌을 분석하고, 포커스그룹 인터뷰, 2차의 델파이 조사와 예비조사를 거쳐 문항을 개발하였다. 이를 위해, 층화표집방법을 사용해서 전국을 지역(광역시, 비광역시), 배치 유형(특수학교, 특수학급), 장애 유형(지적장애, 자폐성장애), 성별(남, 여)을 고려하여 총 1,083명의 교사, 재활상담사, 장애학생을 표집하였으며, 이 중 타인보고형 설문 798개를 적합성 검증에 활용하였다. 분석 결과, 내적 일관성 계수는 .97로 매우 높게 나타나 최종 검사 도구 문항의 신뢰도를 확보였다. 본조사에 참여한 연구참여자 가운데 27명을 대상으로 재검사를 실시한 결과, 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없어(t=-1.509, p=0.143), 검사-재검사 신뢰도를 확보하였다. 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석을 실시한 결과, NFI .976, RFI .957, CFI .982로 모두 .95 이상으로 우수한 모형을 나타냈고, RMSEA .062로 적합한 구조임을 확인하였다. 기존 장애청소년 진로성숙도검사(구 버전)와의 상관계수는 대영역별로 살펴보았을 때 .651∼.894 사이로 매우 높게 나타나 본 연구에서 개발한 검사 도구의 준거타당도를 확보하였다. 결과적으로 본 연구를 통해 개발된 발달장애학생 진로성숙도검사 도구는 3개 영역(진로태도, 진로능력, 진로행동), 10개의 하위영역, 총 67개 문항으로 구성되었으며 발달장애청소년 진로성숙도를 측정하는데 통계적으로 매우 적합한 것으로 확인되었다.
The purpose of this study was to verifying the technical adequacy (the distribution normality, validity and reliability) of Career Maturity Measurement Tool for youth with developmental disabilities. For this purpose, the questionnaires were developed after analyzing measurement tools and previous literature, focus group interviews, two Delphi surveys, and preliminary survey. Using a stratified multi-stage sampling (regions, school type, types of disability, gender), a total of 1,083 special educators, teachers, rehabilitation counselors, students with disabilities participated in the survey and 798 informant-report types of survey were analyzed for conformity verification. The coefficient of internal consistency was very high at .97, indicating that the reliability of the questionnaire of the final assessment tool was highly secured. A retest was conducted on 27 participants among the research participants who participated in the main survey, and since there was no statistically significant difference (t=-1.509, p=0.143), the test-retest reliability was obtained. As a result of exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, NFI .976, RFI .957, and CFI .982 all showed an .95 or higher, and RMSEA .062 confirmed that it was a suitable structure. The correlation coefficient with the existing career maturity assessment tool(old version) for students with disabilities was very high between .651 and .894 in each scales, securing the criterion validity of Career Maturity Measurement Tool developed in this study. As a result, Career Maturity Measurement Tool for youth with developmental disabilities developed through this study consisted of 3 areas (career attitude, career ability, and career behavior), 10 sub-areas, and a total of 67 questions, and it was found to be statistically very suitable for measuring the career maturity of this population.
