The goal of this study was to discuss the results of Literary Therapy counseling for ‘North Korean Defectors in the Period of Kim Jong-un’. A literature therapy program was designed focusing on their interpersonal concerns, and the effects were analyzed by applying it to the field. This study is based on ‘① Check the contents of the North Korean defectors’ concerns,② Preliminary survey to review the effectiveness of the first selected counseling materials (works),③ Design a literature therapy program consisting of appreciation, creation, and discussion of works,④ North Korean youth defectors Conducted group counseling for target literature therapy,⑤ Result analysis process’. To summarize the research results, this literature therapy program consisted of appreciating a total of 7 works, using them to create new works, and discussing them with many others. The results are as follows: (1) whether the North Korean defector appreciates the work and projects his or her feelings and positions and thinks, (2) whether the tendency toward interpersonal relationships and beliefs about the future are revealed, (3) reflective consideration and positive consciousness. It was analyzed focusing on whether improvement is possible. In family relationship counseling, it can be said that the will to overcome the inherited economic and class limitations and the literary imagination that does not let go of the emotional “connection” to the parents were discovered. And m the social relationship counseling, the discourse was changed to talk about ‘the possibility and hope of overcoming’ violence. In the issue of prejudice and exclusion, ethical tolerance considering both ’South and North Koreans, South Koreans and North Korean defectors', positive self-awareness or living in a unified country’，and hopeful remarks about the future were found. In other words, the potential for development into a ‘Stage of Individuation of Children’s Story’ in family relationships and ‘Growth into a Transborder Stage’ in social relationships was captured.
