Purpose The purpose of this study is to analyze trends in technology commercialization research at the academic level based on data to derive major topics related to technology commercialization, and to analyze changes in research by era and their characteristics and meanings. Methods A topic modeling analysis method using LDA was used for 702 papers related to technology commercialization in the academic journal registered with KCI. Results Seven topic groups and major keywords were derived, and trend changes by year were analyzed. Conclusion Although there were no cases of analyzing technology commercialization research trends through topic modeling analysis, it is signifcant in that it systematically analyzed domestic technology commercialization research to interpret the meaning of the research and present the macroscopic direction of technology commercialization.
