본 연구는 자폐 영유아의 문제행동에 대한 부모 중재 관련 연구들을 체계적으로 분석하고, 이를 토대로 향후 연구방향을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 2000년부터 2015년까지 국내외 학회지에 개제된 총 24편의 단일대상연구를 선정하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 자폐 범주성 장애 영유아의 문제행동에 대한 부모 중재는 대부분 3세 이상 영유아, 남아를 중심으로 이루어졌으며, 어머니가 중재자로 가장 많이 참여하였다. 중재 환경으로 가장 많이 선택된 장소는 가정이었다. 실험설계는 중다기초선설계가 가장 많이 사용되었고, 유지는 전체 연구의 58%, 일반화는 전체 연구의 25%, 사회적 타당도는 전체 연구의 67%만 측정하였다. 대다수의 연구가 독립변인으로 행동수정패키지 프로그램을 자폐 영유아에게 적용하였으며, 부모훈련프로그램으로 강의와 코칭/피드백 제공이 가장 많이 활용되었다. 또한 종속변인으로 문제행동만을 측정한 경우가 문제행동과 대체행동을 함께 측정한 경우보다 많았다. CEC(Council for Exceptional Children)의 단일대상연구 질적지표를 기준으로 연구들의 질적 수준을 평가한 결과, 이를 모두 만족시킨 논문은 24편의 논문 중 한편도 없었다. 이러한 분석 결과를 기초로 자폐 범주성 장애 영유아의 문제행동 중재에 대한 향후 연구 방향을 제시였다.

This study aimed to analysis the parent implemented interventions for addressing challenge behavior of young children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and discuss suggestions for future research. For this purpose, we reviewed 24 single-subject researches that had been published domestically or abroad in 2000 to 2015. The results of this study were as follows: Studies were mostly conducted for young children aged more than 3 years and boy. And mother was mostly participated as a interventionist. The most used single-subject research design was multiple(probe) baseline design. And 58% of total studies conducted follow-up sessions, 25% of total studies conducted generalization sessions and 67% of total studies conducted social validity. The most researched independent variable was the behavior modification package program, and providing lecture with feedback was most frequently used in parent training programs. Cases in which only problem behavior was included outnumbered those that included both problematic behavior and alternative behavior as dependent variables. Finally, qualitative level evaluation of the studies using the CEC standards showed that there was no study that satisfied all CEC quality indicators. Based on these results, suggestions for future studies were discussed.
