본 연구의 목적은 학교사회복지 수련생들의 경험을 탐색하여 수련제도의 현실과 발전방안을 모색하는 데에 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 학교사회복지 수련을 완료한 10인을 3집단으로 구성하여 포커스그룹인터뷰를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 학교사회복지 수련 경험의 의미는 학교사회복지사의 전문직 정체성을 찾아가는 여정으로 해석되었다. 이를 구체적으로 살펴보면, 수련생들의 성장 원동력은 <관계성>이었으며, 수련을 통해 학교사회복지사의 <전문직 정체성> 찾아가는 여정이 중요한 과업으로 나타났다. 더불어 학교사회복지 수련제도의 발전을 위해 <상상을 더해 봄>으로 기대사항이 도출되었다. 이에 본 연구의 의의는 학교사회복지 수련제도의 첫 출발 시점에서 이들의 경험을 생생하게 기술함으로써 제도 보완 및 나아갈 방향을 탐색하였다는 데에 있다. 더불어 학교사회복지사 수련제도의 발전을 제시할 수 있는 기초자료가 되었다. 이를 기반으로 학교사회복지사의 전문직 정체성을 찾아가기 위한 수련제도의 방향성을 결론에서 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study is to seek for the reality and developmental measures of the training system by exploring the experiences of school social welfare trainees. For this, this study conducted the focus group interview by dividing total ten people who completed the school social welfare training into three groups. In the results of this study, the meaning of experiences in school social welfare training was interpreted as a journey to find the professional identity of school social workers. Concretely, the trainees’ driving force of growth was < relationship >, and the journey for finding the < professional identity > of school social workers through training was shown as an important task. Moreover, for the development of the school social welfare training system, < Adding some imagination > was drawn as an expectation. Thus, this study is significant in the aspect of exploring the complementation future direction of the school social welfare training system by vividly describing their experiences at the initial starting point. In addition, this could be the basic data for presenting the development of school social worker training system. Based on this, the direction of the training system to find the professional identity of school social workers was discussed in the conclusion.
