Objectives : The paper studies that NeiJingYunQibiao of LiuMaoXiu was organized Yunqi theory by table based on NeiJing. Methods : The paper interpret NeiJingYunQibiao’s original text and designate subheading each paragraph and record what comment on related content. Results : NeiJingYunQibiao contain many of these things : Five Circuits’ compound, Five Elements, Si x Qi, Five Circuits’ order utilized pentatonicism, Si Tian．Zai quan, TaiguoㆍBuji ㆍ Pingnian, Zhong yun, K e qi．Zhu qi, Five Circuits’ Qi hua and Jian hua, classification of Yunqi(Tian fu, Sehoi, Tai yi tian fu, Tong tian fu, Dongsehoi), Relationship between Circuits．Qi(Sunhwa, Tianxing, Xiao ni, Bu he, Ping q i), Biaoben zhong, Five Elements’ Sheng．fu, Treatment principle according to Si TianㆍZai quanㆍShengㆍf uㆍZhuㆍKe. Conclusions : LiuMaoXiu wrote NeiJingYunQibiao to avoid complicated and complicated things.
