연구 목적: 이 연구는 친환경차의 최신 동향을 분석하고 보급 가속화를 위한 혜택을 논의한다. 연구 방법: 공신력 있는 자료에 기반하여 최신 동향을 분석하고 빈도가 높은 혜택 위주로 분류하여 주요 특징을 도출한다. 또한 국가별 혜택 제공여부를 비교하여 보급 활성화를 위한 방법을 논한다. 연구 내용: 현재 친환경차는 높은 판매 가격을 보조금으로 지원하는 형태를 대부분 제공하고 있다. 그러나 일회성 보조금은 줄어들고 있는 추세로 파악되며 친환경차 내에서도 전기차가 급격히 성장하는 패러다임 변화가 관찰된다. 환경차 관련 혜택을 재정적 및 비재정적, 단발성 및 반복적, 이득 및 불이익의 세 가지 기준으로 분류하였으며 국가별 차이도 비교하였다. 결론 및 제언: 단발성 인센티브 외에도 주차비 감면 등 반복적 재정적 이득도 중요하다. 그러나 재정적 지원에도 보급률 상승이 둔화되는 등 대책이 필요하다. 다양한 혜택 간의 시너지 효과와 차종별 차이 등도 차후 포함하여 보다 상세한 혜택을 고려할 필요가 있다.

This study aims to analyze the recent trends in and suitable benefits for eco-friendly vehicles. The latest trends are analyzed and classified by the frequency with their major characteristics. Moreover, this work compares available benefits by country and discusses methods for promoting the supply of eco-friendly vehicles. Currently, subsidies for high sales prices are mostly provided. But, one-time subsidies are found to decrease, and paradigm shift (e.g., rapid growth of electric vehicles) is observed. Benefits are classified into three criteria: financial and non-financial, one-time and repetitive, and benefits and disadvantages. The differences by countries are also compared. Single-time and repetitive financial benefits (reduced parking fee) are critical. But, their slowing-down supply, despite financial supports, boosts the needs for countermeasures. Synergic benefits and difference in electrification-level should be further considered.
