연구 목적: 이 연구는 고등학생의 진로에 관한 인식의 질적 사례를 모색하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 방법: 이 연구는 심층인터뷰를 통한 질적 연구 방법이다. 연구 내용: 이 연구는 고등학교 2-3학년 학생 6명을 대상으로 진로교육 적용에 따른 진로 인식과 경험에 대해 심층인터뷰를 시행하였다. 결론 및 제언: 연구결과 첫째, 고등학생의 진로교육에서 중요하게 생각되는 것에는 진학과의 연계와 경험, 체험을 통한 방향성 제시, 자신을 알게 되는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 진로교육의 효과성 측면에 대해 고민해야 할 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 진로를 모색하는 과정에서 어려웠던 점으로 불안감, 소통할 사람의 부재, 스스로에 대한 확신의 부재 등으로 나타났다. 넷째, 진로를 선택하고 준비하는데 받는 영향으로는 개인의 적성, 부모님 등 주변 환경과 미디어로 나타났다. 다섯째, 개인에게 진로교육은 미래에 대한 대비이자 진로의 탐색과 설정, 자기반성 및 진로 재점검의 의미를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 고등학교 학생들이 진로교육을 통해 정보의 부재 등으로 인한 어려움을 겪지 않도록 다양한 교육이 필요하며, 진로 역량을 키울 수 있도록 검사와 체험활동 등이 더 많이 이루어져야 할 필요가 있음을 시사한다.

The purpose of this study is to find qualitative examples of high school students’ perceptions of their careers. To this end, in-depth interviews were conducted with six 2nd-3rd year high school students about their career perception and experiences according to the application of career education. As a result of the study, first, it was found that what is considered important in career education for high school students is connection with higher education, presentation of direction through experience and experience, and learning of oneself. Second, it was found that the effectiveness of career education needs to be considered. Third, the difficulties in the process of seeking a career path were anxiety, lack of people to communicate with, and lack of confidence in oneself. Fourth, personal aptitude, surrounding environment such as parents, media, etc. appeared as influences on choosing and preparing for a career path. Fifth, it was found that career education for individuals has the meaning of preparing for the future, exploring and setting a career path, self-reflection, and reexamination of a career path. These results suggest that it is necessary to implement various education and programs so that high school students do not suffer from the absence of information through career education, and more tests and experience activities to help them find interests and aptitudes so that they can develop career competencies.
