연구 목적: 이 연구는 사회복지사 실천역량의 지식, 기술, 가치 및 태도의 중요도와 실행도의 속성 차이를 확인하는데 있다. 연구 방법: 전남지역 사회복지사 95명을 대상으로 실천역량의 중요도와 실천도를 조사하여, 대응표본 t검증과 IPA(Importance Performance Analysis)를 실시하였다. 연구 내용: 분석결과, 첫째 사회복지사들의 실천역량은 전체적으로 중요도에 비해 실행도가 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, IPA결과, 제1사분면(지속적 유지)에는 18개 항목, 제2사분면(집중관리)에는 12개 항목, 제3사분면(저순위 영역)에는 18개 항목, 제4사분면(과잉노력 지양)에는 6개 항목이 해당하였다. 결론 및 제언: 사회복지사들의 전반적인 실천역량 실행도 강화를 위한 다차원적인 지원 방안을 제시하고, 사분면에 따라 차별화된 역량 관리 방안을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to identify the difference of importance and performance of the social worker’s practical competency. This study investigated 95 social workers in Jeollanam-do, and analyzed the importance and performance of competence. This study were analyzed by utilizing of paired t-test and Importance Performance Analysis(IPA). The results of this study were as follows; Firstly, on the whole, competency of social workers showed low performance compared to importance. Secondly, The results of the Importance Performance Analysis, 18 items on Quadrant Ⅰ, 12 items on Quadrant Ⅱ, 18 items on Quadrant Ⅲ, and 6 items on Quadrant Ⅳ were distributed. Based on these findings, we discussed directivity of support for social workers’competency performance. We presented discriminative competency management directivity in the quadrant.
