연구 목적: 본 연구는 체육전공 대학생들의 문제중심학습(PBL) 참여 전과 후, 실패공포, 비합리적 진로신념과 그릿의 관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 방법: 46명의 체육 전공 대학생은 지역사회 소외계층 청소년을 대상으로 한 프로그램을 계획하는 PBL 기반 참여 전과 후에 실패공포, 진로신념, 그릿에 대한 설문에 참여하였다. 연구 내용: jamovi 1.2.27 프로그램을 사용해 신뢰도분석, 빈도분석, 기술통계분석과 상관분석을 실시하였다. 또한 Process Macro를 사용해 PBL 참여 전과 후에 따른 그릿의 단순조절효과검증을 실시하였다. 결론 및 제언: 연구결과, 실패공포와 비합리적 진로신념간의 관계에서 PBL 참여 후에는 그릿의 흥미일관성 조절효과가 나타났다. 그릿이 진로와 관련된 비합리적 신념에 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있고 본 연구는 대학생들의 진로와 관련하여 PBL 기반 교육이 필요함을 시사한다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between fear of failure, irrational career beliefs and grit before and after participating in problem-based learning (PBL) of sports college students. 46 students participated in the survey of fear of failure, career beliefs, grit before and after practice class based on PBL to plan programs for underprivileged youth in local communities. Reliability analysis, frequency analysis, descriptive statistical analysis and correlation analysis were performed using the jamovi 1.2.27 program. A simple moderating effect of grit for pre- and post- PBL were also verified using the Process　Macro. As a result, there was a moderating effect of consistency of interests grit in the relationship between fear of failure and irrational career belief after PBL. Grit affects irrational belief related to career and this study implies PBL is needed in relation to the career path of college students.
