이 연구의 목적은 국내 학술지를 중심으로 대학생의 고용가능성에 관한 양적연구 동향을 분석하여 향후 연구방향에 대한 제언 및 시사점을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 두 가지 연구 문제를 수립하였다. 첫째, 국내 학술지에 게재된 대학생을 대상으로 한 고용가능성 연구의 특성(키워드, 측정도구, 하위요인, 연구방법)은 어떠한가? 둘째, 국내 학술지에 게재된 대학생을 대상으로 한 고용가능성 논문에서 고용가능성과 연구변인간의 관계는 어떠한가?이다. 이를 위해 Torraco(2005)의 통합적 문헌분석 방법에 따라 ‘대학생’과 ‘고용가능성’ 키워드를 포함하는 국내 학술등재지에 게재된 양적연구 논문을 검색하였고, 목적에 부합되는 33편의 논문을 최종적으로 선정하여 분석에 활용하였다. 분석 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 고용가능성 연구에서의 주된 키워드는 진로결정자기효능감, 진로준비행동, 자기효능감 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학생의 고용가능성은 종속변인으로 가장 많이 사용되었고, 인적특성(개인적특성, 성격5요인), 역량특성(핵심역량, 대학생역량), 행동특성(경력계획, 진로준비행동), 동기특성(자아존중감, 진로결정자기효능감)과 같은 개인특성범주와 환경특성범주(사회적지지), 교육 프로그램(교육서비스, 취업프로그램 참여, 진로학습)과 같은 독립변인의 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 향후 연구 제안을 포함한 이론적, 실천적 시사점을 기술하였다.

The propose of this study is to conduct an integrated literature review on employability among Korean university students. Specifically, this study analyzed measurements, sub-dimensions, research methods, and predictors and consequences used in the employability papers published in journals. To this end, a total of 33 papers were finally selected and used for the analysis. First, the main keywords in the study of employment possibility of college students were career decision self-efficacy, career preparation behavior, and self-efficacy in order. Second, the employability of college students was most often used as a dependent variable, and it was found to be affected by variables such as personal characteristics, personal competency and behavioral characteristics, and motivational characteristics, environmental characteristics, and educational programs. Based on these research results, future research directions, discussions, and practical implications were presented.
