본 연구에서는 아동상담 슈퍼비전에서 슈퍼바이지 발달수준과 역할 어려움의 수준에 따라 군집을 분류하고, 각 군집유형에 따른 슈퍼비전 만족도의 차이를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 최근 1년 이내에 동일한 슈퍼바이저에게 최소 3회 이상 개인 슈퍼비전을 받은 아동상담자 195명으로부터 자료를 수집하여, SPSS 24.0 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 첫째, 슈퍼바이지 발달수준과 역할 어려움 간에는 유의한 부적상관이 나타났고, 역할 어려움과 슈퍼비전 만족도 간에도 유의한 부적상관이 나타났으며, 슈퍼바이지 발달수준과 슈퍼비전 만족도 간에는 유의한 정적상관이 나타났다. 둘째, 초심자와 숙련자로 구분한 후, 슈퍼바이지 발달수준과 역할 어려움의 수준에 따라 각각 4개의 군집유형이 분류되었다. 셋째, 각 집단의 군집들 간에 슈퍼비전 만족도 차이를 검증한 결과, 초심자는 ‘자율적 집단’에서 슈퍼비전 만족도가 높았으며, 숙련자는 ‘능숙한 집단’에서 슈퍼비전 만족도가 높은 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구결과는 슈퍼바이지 발달수준과 역할 어려움의 하위 요인들을 함께 고려함으로써, 변인 조합에 따라 다각적인 검증 과정을 통해 슈퍼바이지의 슈퍼비전 만족도 수준을 높이기 위해 필요한 변인들을 탐색하였다는 것에 의의가 있다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the differences in supervisory satisfaction in child counseling supervision. The results were verified according to each cluster type, by classifying clusters according to the level of supervisees’ development and role difficulties. For the purposes of the current study, data from 195 child counselors who received personal supervision, was collected and then analyzed using the SPSS 24.0 program. The results revealed that, firstly, there was a significant negative correlation between supervisees’ development and role difficulties, role difficulties and supervisory satisfaction. Furthermore, it was also observed that there was a significant positive correlation between supervisees’ development and supervisory satisfaction. Secondly, as a result of classifying clusters according to the level of each variable, four clusters were able to be discerned. Third, the data analysis verified the differences in the clusters’ supervisory satisfaction, as classified by supervisees’ development and role difficulties. The above findings indicate that supervisory satisfaction with child counseling supervision is directly related to the supervisees’ level of relative development and role difficulties.
