다변화 되는 공연예술환경에서 공연기획과 제작에 다양성이 요구받고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 위기와 전환의 시대에서 공연예술기획이 나아가야 할 방향에 대해 진단하고자한다. 문헌검토 및 국내 외 사례,이론을 통한 탐색적 연구로 진행하고자하며 연구흐름은 공연예술의 특징, 팬데믹 시대 공연예술의국내외 동향에 대해 검토하였다. 팬데믹 이후 국내 공연예술의 주요한 특징은 1) 공연의 영상화, 2) 소규모 공연과 찾아가는 공연확대 3) 형식의 변화와 융합으로 꼽힌다. 이에 따른 공연예술 기획의 방향성을 논의하였다. 본 연구의 한계는 문헌과 사례검토로 실증적 데이터로의 연구설계를 하지 못한 점이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 팬데믹 이후 공연예술의 국내외 현장 동향과 공연예술이론들을 통해 방향성과 가능성을 제언하고 있다. 본 연구가 초석이 되어 공연기획과 제작관점에서 지금의 전환과 위기상황에서 다양한 공연을 만들고 유통하고 향유하는 행위가 끊이지 않기를 바란다.

Diversity is required in performance planning and production in the diversified performing arts environment. Therefore, this study aims to diagnose the direction that performing arts planning should go in the era of crisis and transition. We intend to conduct exploratory research through literature review, domestic and international case studies, and theories, and the research flow is to review the characteristics of performing arts and domestic and foreign trends in performing arts in the pandemic era. The main characteristics of domestic performing arts after the pandemic are 1) visualization of performances, 2) expansion of small-scale performances and visiting performances, and 3) changes and convergence of forms. Accordingly, the direction of planning for performing arts was discussed. The limitation of this study is that it was not designed with empirical data based on literature and case reviews. Nevertheless, after the pandemic, the direction and possibility are suggested through domestic and international field trends and performing arts theories. It is hoped that this study will serve as a cornerstone and the act of making, distributing, and enjoying various performances in the current transition and crisis situation from the perspective of performance planning and production will not cease.
