본 연구는 무용기 대회를 통한 공군사관생도의 심리적 경험을 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2022년 공군사관학교에 재학 중인 생도 143명을 대상으로 온라인 개방형 설문지로 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 R Studio로 빈도 데이터를 산출하고, UCINET 6로 중심성을 분석하였으며, 분석된 중심성 값은 NetDraw 2를 활용하여 의미연결망으로 시각화하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 연결중심성은 중대, 소속감, 무용기, 단합, 열정 순으로, 근접중심성은 소속감, 중대, 열정, 뿌듯, 무용기 순으로, 매개중심성은 소속감, 열정, 단합, 무용기, 뿌듯 순으로 추출되었다. 둘째, 의미연결망 분석을 활용한 심리적 경험은 중대를 중심으로 집단에 주목한 협동심, 소속감, 단합과 더불어 기인동체가 연결되었다. 그리고 구성원에 주목한 선배, 후배, 동기 등이, 대회 준비과정과 결과에 주목한 준비, 종목, 우승 등이, 대회를 통한 정서에 주목한 성취감, 뿌듯, 기분 등이 심리적 경험으로 범주화되었다. 본 연구는 무용기 대회를 통한 공군사관생도의 심리적 경험 탐색에 의미가 있다. 향후 본 연구가 사관생도의 체육활동에서 나타나는 심리적 경험 이해 확장의 계기가 되기를 기대해본다.

The purpose of this study is to explore the psychological experiences of air force cadets through athletics competitions. Data were collected from 143 cadets enrolled in the Air Force Academy in 2022 using an online open questionnaire. For the collected data, frequency data was calculated with R Studio, centrality was analyzed with UCINET 6, and the analyzed centrality value was visualized as a semantic network using NetDraw 2. As a result of the study, first, degree centrality was shown in the order of company, sense of belonging, athletics competitions, unity, and passion, and closeness centrality was in the order of sense of belonging, company, passion, pride, and athletics competitions. Betweenness centrality was appeared in the order of sense of belonging, passion, unity, athletics competitions, and pride. Second, the psychological experience using semantic network analysis was connected with the spirit of cooperation focusing on the group centered on the company, sense of belonging, and unity. In addition, seniors, juniors, and classmates who paid attention to the members, preparations, events, and championships that focused on the preparation process and results of the competition, and the sense of accomplishment, pride, and mood that paid attention to the emotions through the competition were categorized as psychological experiences. This study is meaningful in exploring the psychological experiences of air force cadets through the athletics competition. It is hoped that this study will serve as an opportunity to expand the understanding of psychological experiences shown in the physical activities of cadets.
