이 연구의 목적은 구성원의 변화에 따라 교원의 교육과정 개념 사용 양상 및 실행 양상의 변화도, 학교교과목 개발 및 실행과정에서 겪는 경험 내용의 변화도, 학교교과목 개발 및 실행 경험의 의미에 대한 평가의 변화도를 추적하는 데 있다. 연구방법은 교원의 교육과정 개념 사용 및 실행 양상 검사와 설문조사였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육과정 개념 사용 양상에서 에덴초와 삼손초 모두 2021년과 2022년 사이에 큰 변화가 없다. 둘째, 교육과정 실행 양상에서 에덴초는 2021년과 2022년 사이에 큰 변화가 없었으나 삼손초는 약간의 변화가 나타났다. 셋째, 학교교과목 개발 및 실행과정에서 겪는 경험, 이 경험에 대한 평가에서 에덴초는 2021년보다 2022년에 부정적 반응·평가가 높았으나 삼손초는 2021년보다 2022년에 긍정적 반응·평가가 높았다. 이러한 연구결과에 대한 간략한 논의 후 이 연구가 학교교과목 개발 정책에 주는 사사점을 도출하였다.

The purpose of this study was to track changes in the use and implementation of curriculum concepts over time, changes in experience in school subject development and implementation, and changes in evaluation of the meaning of school subject development and implementation experience. The research methods were a survey and a test on the teachers’ usage pattern of the concept of curriculum and a test on the teachers’ curriculum implementation patterns. The results of the study are as follows. First, there is no significant change between 2021 and 2022 in both Eden Elementary School and Samson Elementary School in terms of the teachers’ usage pattern of the curriculum concept. Second, in terms of curriculum implementation, Eden Elementary School did not change much between 2021 and 2022, but Samson Elementary School showed some changes. Third, in the evaluation of experiences and experiences experienced in the development and implementation of school subjects, Eden Elementary School had higher negative responses and evaluations in 2022 than in 2021, but Samson Elementary Schools had higher positive responses and evaluations in 2022 than in 2021. After a brief discussion on these research results, the implications of this study for school subject development policy were drawn.
