본 연구는 최근 경영활동의 핵심이슈로 작용하고 있는 ESG를 기반으로 한 사회적 기업의 비즈니스모델 활성화 방안에 관한 문헌 연구이다. 사회적 기업의 가치와 ESG가 추구하는 가치의 상호 연계성을 통해 사회적 가치를 구현할 수 있는 사회적 기업의 비즈니스 모델 활성화 방안에 대한 시사점과 정책적 제언을 다음과 같다. 첫째, 시대의 환경변화에 따라 사회적 기업의 양적 성장이 아닌 질적 성장과 발전을 위한 ESG 기반으로 한 비즈니스 모델 활성화의 재정립의 필요성 이다. 둘째, ESG를 기반으로 한 차별적 경쟁력을 내포하고 있는 사회적 기업의 비즈니스 모델 개발과 그에 대한 체계적 실행 방안의 정립이다. 셋째, 산업기술 발전에 따른 ICT를 활용한 플랫폼 구축과 그에 대한 단계별 정책적 지원 제도와 평가 체계 내실화로 비즈니스 모델을 고도화하여야 한다. 넷째, 사회적 기업에 대한 지원정책의 개선과 ESG를 구현할 수 있는 제품과 서비스의 질적 향상을 위한 경영진과 조직구성원의 실행역량 향상을 위한 성장 단계별 인적자원관리 및 인적자원개발에 대한 제도재정립과 실행역량이 요구된다.

This study is a literature study on how to activate the business model of social enterprises based on ESG, which has been acting as a key issue in recent business activities. Implications and policy recommendations on how to activate a business model for social enterprises that can realize social values through the interconnection between the values of social enterprises and the values pursued by ESG are as follows. First, it is qualitative growth and development, not quantitative growth, of social enterprises according to the environmental changes of the times.For this purpose, it is necessary to re-establish the ESG-based business model activation.Second, it should include differentiated competitiveness based on ESG.A social enterprise is the development of a business model based on ESG and the re-establishment of systematic implementation plans for it. Third, it is the establishment of a platform using ICT according to the development of industrial technology.To this end, it is necessary to upgrade the business model through step-by-step policy support system and substantive evaluation system.Fourth, improvement of support policies for social enterprises and quality improvement of products and services that can realize ESG.In order to realize this, it is necessary to reestablish the system for human resource management and human resource development at each growth stage to improve the executive competency of management and organizational members, and to have the capacity to execute.
