이 연구는 2022 개정 국어과 교과서 개발을 위해 7차 국어과 교육과정부터 2015 개정 국어과 교육과정까지 국어과 성취기준 상세화를 통시적으로 고찰하였다. 성취기준 상세화란 하나의 성취기준을 여러 개의 학습 요소로 잘게 쪼개는 것으로, 크게 두 가지 층위로 구분할 수 있다. 첫 번째는 내용 차원의 상세화이며, 두 번째는 단원 및 차시학습 목표, 학습 활동 구성 및 평가 방법의 선정 등 실천 차원의 상세화이다. 내용 차원의 상세화가 하나의 성취기준을 통해 가르칠 범위와 폭을 결정한다면, 실천 차원의 상세화는 국어 교과서 집필에 중요한 역할을 한다고 할 수 있다. 7차 국어과 교육과정에서부터 2015 개정 국어과 교육과정의 성취기준 상세화를 통시적으로 고찰한 바를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육과정 문서상에 제시되는 성취기준이 명료해야 한다. 둘째, 성취기준 상세화 과정에서 추출되는 여러 학습 요소 간의 연결성을 고민해야만 한다. 셋째, 내용 차원의 상세화뿐 아니라, 실천 차원의 상세화도 구체적으로 계획되어야 한다.

For the development of the 2022 revised Korean language textbook, this study diachronically considered the details of the achievement standards of the Korean language department from the 7th Korean language curriculum to the 2015 revised Korean language curriculum. Achievement standard refinement refers to breaking a single achievement standard into several learning elements, and can be divided into two levels. The first is content-level detailing, and the second is practice-level detailing, such as unit and class learning goals, composition of learning activities, and selection of evaluation methods. The following is a diachronic review of the achievement standards of the 2015 revised Korean language curriculum from the 7th Korean language curriculum. First, the achievement standards presented in the curriculum document should be clear. Second, it is necessary to consider the connection between the various learning elements extracted in the process of detailing the achievement standards. Third, not only the detail level of content but also the detail level of practice should be specifically planned.
