연구 목적: 본 연구에서는 다문화 청소년의 이중문화 수용태도가 우울에 미치는 영향과 이들 관계에서의 사회적 위축과 성취동기의 직렬다중매개효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구 방법: 한국청소년정책연구원에서 조사하여 구축한 ‘다문화청소년패널조사’ 8차년도 조사(2018)에 참여한 청소년들의 데이터를 SPSS 27.0과 SPSS Process Macro 4.0을 활용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계, 상관분석 그리고 직렬다중매개효과 분석을 하였다. 연구 내용: 첫째, 다문화 청소년의 이중문화 수용태도가 우울에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 다문화 청소년의 이중문화 수용태도가 우울에 미치는 영향에서 이를 사회적 위축이 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 다문화 청소년의 이중문화 수용태도가 우울에 미치는 영향에서 이를 성취동기가 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷쩨, 다문화 청소년의 이중문화 수용태도가 우울에 미치는 영향에서 이를 사회적 위축과 성취동기가 직렬다중매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 및 제언: 본 연구결과를 통해 다문화 청소년의 우울 문제에 있어서 이중문화 수용태도, 사회적 위축, 성취동기의 영향력을 확인할 수 있었으며, 관련 대책을 모색하는 데 중요한 함의를 제공하였다.

In this research, the effects of bicultural acceptance attitude of multicultural adolescents on depression and the serial multiple mediating effect of social withdrawal and achievement motivation in these relationships were investigated. The data of adolescents who participated in the 8th year survey (2018) of the ‘Multicultural Adolescent Panel Study’ established by the National Youth Policy Institute was analyzed using SPSS 27.0 and SPSS Process Macro 4.0 to analyze frequency, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and Serial multiple mediation effects were analyzed. First, it was found that the bicultural acceptance attitude of multicultural adolescents had a significant effect on depression. Second, it was found that social withdrawal mediates the effect of multicultural adolescents’ biculture acceptance attitude on depression. Third, in the effect of multicultural adolescents’ bicultural acceptance attitude on depression, achievement motivation was found to mediate this. Fourth, in the effect of multicultural adolescents’ bicultural acceptance attitude on depression, it was found that social withdrawal and achievement motivation mediate it in series. Through the results of this study, it was possible to confirm the effects of bicultural acceptance attitude, social withdrawal, and achievement motivation in the problem of depression among multicultural adolescents, and it provided important implications for seeking related countermeasures.
