연구 목적: 본 연구의 목적은 20대 미혼 남녀를 대상으로 내현적 자기애가 이성관계만족도에 미치는 영향과 대인존재감의 매개효과를 살펴보는 것이다. 연구 방법: 본 연구를 위해 전국에 거주하는 만 19~29세의 미혼자 326명을 대상으로 질문지를 실시했다. 연구 내용: 연구 결과 첫째, 20대 미혼 남녀의 내현적 자기애가 이성관계만족도에 부적인 상관관계를, 대인존재감은 이성관계만족도에 정적 상관관계를 나타냈다. 둘째, 대인존재감, 내현적 자기애 순으로 이성관계만족도에 영향력을 보였다. 셋째, 20대 미혼 남녀의 내현적 자기애가 이성관계만족도에 미치는 영향에서 대인존재감이 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 및 제언: 본 연구를 통해 내현적 자기애가 이성관계만족도에 미치는 영향에 대한 대인존재감의 매개효과를 밝혀 이성관계에 어려움을 겪는 내현적 자기애 성향을 지닌 20대 미혼 남녀들을 위한 상담에 도움이 되는 기초 자료를 제공하는 데 의의가 있다. 이를 참고하여 대인존재감을 활용한 상담 프로그램 개발 및 적용 연구가 요망된다.

The purpose of this study is to examine how covert narcissism affects on the romantic relationship satisfaction of the unmarried in their 20s, and whether mattering mediates. 326 questionnaires were conducted on the unmarried aged 19 to 29 who lived across the country. As a result of, first, it was found that the romantic relationship satisfaction is negative correlation with covert narcissism, and positive correlation with mattering. Second, it seemed to have an influence on the romantic relationship satisfaction in the order of mattering and covert narcissism. Finally, Mattering mediate the effects covert narcissism on the romantic relationship satisfaction. Through this study, basic data will be provided to help counseling for the unmarried in their 20s with an covert narcissism tendency that suffers from the romantic relationship difficulties.
