본 연구는 2000년대 이후 고민 상담을 내세운 예능 프로그램을 예능 프로그램의 형식과 고민 상담이라는 두 가지 측면에서 분석하였다. 대표적인 고민 상담 예능 프로그램에는 무속 상황극형과 전문가 상담형, 토크 콘서트형이 있음을 확인했으며 <무릎팍도사>와 <오은영의 금쪽 상담소>를 중심으로 비교를 진행하였다. <무릎팍도사>와 <오은영의 금쪽 상담소>는 형식적으로도 매우 유사한 구조를 보였다. 두 프로그램은 고민이 있는 연예인이 점집 혹은 상담소를 찾아와 고민을 털어놓는 것부터 시작한다. 해당 회차의 출연자는 상담을 진행하는 동안 자신이 하지 못했던 말이나 소문 등에 대해 해명하는 시간을 가진다. 출연자는 이 자리를 통해 온전히 자신의 입장을 말할 수 있게 되며, 진행자는 여기에서 더 나아가 시청자 혹은 국민에게 출연자와 관련된 당부의 메시지를 말하기도 한다. 끝날 무렵에는 진행자가 한 마디(고민해결, 금쪽 처방)로 처음에 말했던 고민의 해결책을 제시하며 마무리된다. 두 프로그램의 형식에서도 유사성을 찾을 수 있지만, <오은영의 금쪽 상담소>에서는 오은영의 분석이 출연자의 마음에 와닿는 경우 ‘용하다’거나 ‘복채’와 같이 점집에서 사용할만한 단어도 자주 등장한다. 이는 한국 사회에서 점집과 심리 상담소의 방문 목적이 쉽게 나뉘지 않기 때문이며, 일반적으로 심리 상담에 대한 경험이 적기에 점집에서의 경험을 기반으로 심리상담을 이해하기 때문이다. 두 프로그램은 메인 진행자와 보조 진행자가 함께 진행한다는 공통점이 있다. 다만 연예인이 진행하는 무속 상황극형과 전문가 상담형의 상담에는 차이가 있을 수밖에 없다. 무속 상황극형은 메인 진행자도 예능 프로그램의 재미를 추구할 수 있기에 보조 진행자의 역할이 축소된다면, 전문가 상담형은 상담의 전문성은 있으나 예능적 요소를 위해 보조 진행자가 나서야 한다는 점에서 차이가 있다. 대중이 출연진의 고민을 받아들이는 정도에도 차이가 있다. <무릎팍도사>에서 출연자의 고민은 출연자의 것이며, 대중에게 출연자를 더 잘 이해시키는 하나의 정보로 기능한다. 그런데 <오은영의 금쪽 상담소> 속 고민은 대중이 함께 고민에 공감할 수 있도록 보편성을 띠며, 자신의 사례와 유사할 경우 출연자와 함께 치유받는 경험이 가능했다.

This study analyzed entertainment programs that the programs since the 2000s in two aspects: the format of entertainment programs and counseling on concerns. It was confirmed that there are shamanic situational drama, expert counseling, and talk concert types in representative distress counseling entertainment programs, and comparison was conducted focusing on < The Guru Show > and < About Dr. Oh's Golden Clinic >. < The Guru Show > and < About Dr. Oh's Golden Clinic > showed a very similar structure in form. The two programs start with celebrities with concerns visiting fortune-telling or counseling centers to share their concerns. The performer of the episode explains what he/she could not say or rumors during the consultation. Through this meeting, the performer can fully express his position, and the host goes further and gives the viewer or the public a message related to the performer. At the end of the day, it ends by presenting a solution to the problem that the host initially said briefly (a worry solution, a golden prescription). Similarities can be found in the form of two programs, but in < About Dr. Oh's Golden Clinic > Oh Eun-young cast of the case appealed to the analysis of ‘admirable’ or ‘charge for a fortune-telling session’, such as the fortuneteller's house to use a word often appears.
