본 연구의 목적은 심리운동 프로그램의 적절성을 평가할 수 있는 평가 요인 및 하위 요소를 탐색하고 상대적 중요도를 분석하여 우선순위를 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해, 우수 심리운동 기관을 선정하여 관찰과 면담을 진행하였고 심리운동 전문가 10명을 대상으로 심층면담을 진행하여 프로그램 적절성 평가 요인과 요소를 도출하였다. 또한 계층분석(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP)을 실시하여 도출된 요인 간 중요도를 결정하였다. 이와 같은 과정을 통해, 8개의 심리운동 프로그램 적절성 평가 요인과 38개의 하위 요소가 도출되었다. 심리운동 프로그램 적절성 평가요인 간 우선순위는 지도자의 자격과 전문성(36.5%), 프로그램 구성과 운영(15.8%), 기관의 적합성(14.1%) 등이 상대적으로 중요한 요인으로 나타났다. 또한 전체 요소 간 우선순위를 분석한 결과에서는 사회서비스 제공인력의 자격조건 충족이 9.2%의 중요도를 나타내어 전체적으로 가장 중요한 요소로 결정되었으며, 채용 및 관리 규정 마련은 0.2%의 가중치를 나타내어 가장 중요도가 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 발달장애인을 위한 심리운동 프로그램을 평가할 수 있는 평가체제 구성에 기초자료를 제공하며, 심리운동 프로그램의 적절한 준비 요건을 마련하는 기준으로도 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
The purpose of this study is to explore the effective evaluation factors that can evaluate the adequacy of the psychomotorik exercise program, and to analyze the relative importance to present priority. To this end, excellent psychomotorik exercise institutions were selected for observation and interview, and in-depth interviews were conducted with 10 psychomotorik experts to determine factors for evaluating program adequacy. In addition, the importance of the derived factors was determined by performing an analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Through this process, 8 components of psychomotorik training program and 38 sub-components were derived. The priority among the factors for evaluating the appropriateness of the psychomotorik exercise program was the relatively important factors such as the qualification and professionalism of the instructors (36.5%), the composition and operation of the program (15.8%), and the fitness of the institution (14.1%). Also, as a result of analyzing the priorities among all the factors, the satisfaction of the qualifications of the instructors was 9.2% of importance, and the provision of hiring and management regulations showed a weight of 0.2%, which was the least important. The results of this study provide basic data on the construction of an evaluation system for psychomotorik exercise program, and may also be used as a basis for preparing appropriate preparation requirements for psychomotorik exercise program.
