Recently Market authority survey of mid and small city are very fast changing and using of spatial information such as digital maps and Photos, even DEM and satellite Images for huge scale and Detail researches. Also most researchers use the old materials and cadastral maps for registration of market authority analysis and surveys at their areas. In this study for market authority survey and changing analysis of Jecheon city of this year, it used of digital maps and images, new survey maps by use of new address maps of Jecheon city for 7 large districts and small 17 districts within Jecheon markets of central areas. This investigation and analysis by spatial information and detail survey maps are not only easy find and no worry about omission of stores but also fairly convenient to make confirmation on the street within survey areas. In the result of this study, Urban spatial information used very efficiently and suggested to reduce of time and surveyors for find and compare of market authority distribution and changing about mid and small city. It found that total score reduced about 184 stores of this year compare to 2003 at the same areas even though survey objects are increased in the Jecheon.
