본 연구의 목적은 국내 청소년 행복의 영향요인을 다룬 국내 연구논문을 체계적으로 검토하여 그 질적 특성을 종합적으로 이해하는데 있다. 이를 위해 2000년 1월부터 2016년 8월까지 출판된 국내 학술 논문을 대상으로 PRISMA 단계를 거쳐 51편의 연구문헌을 선정하였다. 선정된 문헌들을 체계적 문헌고찰을 활용하여 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구대상 문헌은 모두 횡단연구였으며, 2011년 이후 다양한 학문분야에서 게재빈도가 급속도로 증가하였다. 둘째, 청소년 행복용어는 개념상 불일치가 나타났으며, 대체로 주관적 측면에서 다루어졌다. 셋째, 행복측정도구는 오래된 버전의 측정도구를 사용하고 있었고, 주관적 만족도 측정에 치중하였다. 넷째, 청소년 행복의 영향요인은 혼재된 양상을 보였으며, 요인에 따라 성별 및 교급별 차이가 나타나기도 했으며, 주로 거시적 요인들보다 미시적 요인들을 다루었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 향후 종단연구의 확대, 행복용어의 일치, 종합적인 행복척도의 개발, 청소년 행복 관련 정책의 효과성 제고 등을 제언하였다.

The aim of this study is to review and to perform qualitative synthesis of study characteristics on adolescents happiness determinants by analyzing published domestic literature articles. For this purpose, this study obtained 51 articles related to the effects and associations of decision factors to adolescent happiness by PRISMA from major internal web-based search engines between 2000 and 2016. As result of reviewing the selected literatures, First, research design of all studies are cross-sectional and the number of studies on adolescents happiness determinants has increased dramatically since 2011. Second, most of conceptual definitions of happiness shows considerable disagreement and is more subjective than synthetic. Third, happiness scale has utilized old version for a long time and focuses on more subjective satisfaction than objective conditions. Fourth, characteristics of happiness determinants are a mixed tendency to adolescents happiness, differences of particular factors in terms of gender and school, and microscopic rather than macroscopic. Based on these findings, this study discussed future direction of and extension of longitudinal research, agreement of happiness terms, development and dissemination of comprehensive happiness scale, multidimensional analysis of adolescent happiness and community.
