2022년은 한·중 수교 30주년이 되는 해이다. 30년 동안 한·중 양국은 서로 좋은 관계를 유지하며 발전해 오고 있다. 그러나 최근 국내외에서 공자학원에 대한 비판적인 언론 보도가 잇달아 나오고 있다. 서구의 일부 국가를 중심으로 공자학원이 중국 공산당 체제와 사상을 선전하는 거점기구라며 비판하는 목소리가 커졌고, 실제로 여러 나라가 자국 내의 공자학원을 퇴출시켰다. 이에 본고는 2021년 8월을 기준으로 한국에 소재한 공자학원의 현황과 이곳에서 사용하고 있는 교재 대략 90여 종을 분석하여 공자학원에서 사용하는 교재에 대해 분석하였다. 이미 80여 종의 사용 교재의 내용 분석에 있어서는 세밀한 연구를 진행 중에 있으며, 추후 계속해서 연구 분석을 할 계획이다. 본 고는 공자학원의 전반적인 서술과 1차적 자료로 80여 종의 현재 사용되는 교재를 통한 사용분포, 사용현황 및 종류를 서술하고자 한다.

2022 next year marks the 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Korea and China. For 30 years, Korea and China have maintained good relationships with each other and have been developing. However, there have been a series of critical media reports about Confucius Academy at home and abroad. In some Western countries, voices have grown criticizing Confucius Academy as a base organization promoting the Chinese Communist Party system and ideas, and in fact, several countries have expelled Confucius Academy in their own country. Therefore, as of August 2021, this paper analyzed a total of 80 textbooks used by Confucius Academy in Korea and analyzed the actual condition of textbooks used by Confucius Academy. In the analysis of the contents of 80 textbooks used, it has already been mentioned through contributions in papers in other journals, and this paper attempts to describe the distribution and types of textbooks used through 80 textbooks.
