본 연구에서는 슈퍼비전 작업동맹과 관련변인들 간의 상관관계 효과크기를 객관적으로 종합하기 위해 메타분석을 사용하였으며, 최종 30편의 논문을 선정하고 총 65개의 효과크기를 산출하였다. 본 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 슈퍼비전 작업동맹 관련변인의 전체효과크기는 ESr= .523으로 큰 효과크기를 나타냈다. 둘째, 슈퍼비전 작업동맹 선행변인 내 개인내적변인군 하위변인들의 효과크기는 불안정 애착(ESr= .655), 자기개방(ESr= .544), 발달수준(ESr= .202), 평가염려 완벽주의(ESr= .174) 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 슈퍼비전 작업동맹 선행변인 내 개인외적변인군 하위변인들의 효과크기는 호의성(ESr =.730), 대인민감성(ESr= .713), 과업지향성(ESr= .600)순으로 나타났지만 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 넷째, 슈퍼비전 작업동맹 결과변인 내 하위변인들의 효과크기는 피드백 수용도(ESr= .882), 슈퍼비전 만족도(ESr= .616), 자기효능감(ESr= .363), 심리적 소진(ESr= .309) 순으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 조절효과를 살펴본 결과, 출판물형태에서는 선행변인의 경우 조절효과가 나타났으나 그 외에는 모두 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 본 연구는 슈퍼비전 작업동맹 관련변인에 대한 개별 연구들의 종합적 분석을 통해 효과적인 슈퍼비전을 위한 실질적인 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이며, 후속연구의 방향을 제시하였다는데 그 의의가 있다.

The purpose of this study was to classify variables related to the counseling Supervisory Working Alliance(S.W.A) and to comprehensively analyze their effect size. The results may be summarized as follows. Firstly, a total effect size among the variables related with S.W.A was clearly a large effect size(.523.). Second, the effect sizes of sub-variants of individual inner variables, the antecedents variables of the S.W.A, were shown in order of insecure attachment(.655), self-disclosure(.544), developmental level(.202) and evaluation concerns perfectionism(.174). Thirdly, the effect sizes of sub-variants of individual external variables, and the antecedents variables of, the group sub-variants, were not statistically significant. Fourthly, the effect sizes of the outcomes variables of the S.W.A, were shown in the following order; feedback acceptance(.882), supervision satisfaction(.616), self-efficacy(.363) and burnout(.309).
