본 연구의 목적은 영유아교사의 별-파도그림검사의 반응특성에 따른 우울 및 자아분화 수준의 차이를 살펴보고, 별-파도그림검사가 각각의 수준을 측정할 수 있는 평가도구로써 활용 가능성을 확인하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 서울과 경기도에 재직 중인 영유아교사 160명으로 우울 척도, 자아분화 척도, 별-파도그림 검사를 시행하였다. 본 연구에서 밝혀진 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 영유아교사의 인구 사회학적 특성에 따른 별-파도그림검사 반응특성은, 20대는 안정적인 별 필적을 사용하고 달을 표현한 비율이 높은 반면, 50대 이상은 불안정한 별 필적을 사용하고 달을 표현하지 않은 비율이 높았다. 미혼 집단은 안정적인 별 필적과 달을 표현한 비율이 높은 반면, 기혼 집단은 불안정한 별 필적과 달을 표현하지 않은 비율이 높았다. 자녀가 없는 집단은 안정적인 별 필적과 등대를 표현하지 않고 달을 표현한 비율이 높은 반면, 자녀가 있는 집단은 불안정한 별 필적과 등대를 표현하고 달을 표현하지 않은 비율이 높았다. 둘째, 영유아교사의 별-파도그림검사 반응특성에 따른 우울 수준은 그림 양식과 별의 크기에 따라 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 우울 수준이 높은 집단의 경우 형식적 양식을 사용하고 별의 크기를 크게 표현하였다. 셋째, 영유아교사의 별-파도그림검사 반응특성에 따른 자아분화 수준은 수평적 구조에 따라 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 자아분화 수준이 낮은 집단의 경우 왼쪽을 강조하여 그리는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 영유아교사의 별-파도그림검사 반응특성에 나타난 우울과 자아분화 수준 측정의 유효성이 있음을 시사한다.

This study examined the difference in the level of depression and self-differentiation according to the response characteristics in Star-Wave Test of early childhood teachers, and confirmed the possibility as an evaluation tool. The subjects of the study were 160 early childhood teachers in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do, and depression scale, self-differentiation scale, and Star-Wave Test were conducted. The results revealed in this study are summarized as follows. First, The response characteristics of Star-Wave Test according to the demographic and sociological characteristics showed that 20s used stable star handwriting and expressed the moon, while 50s and older used unstable star handwriting and did not express the moon. Unmarried groups used stable star handwriting and expressed the moon, while married groups used unstable star handwriting and did not express the moon. The group without child using stable star handwriting, not expressing lighthouses, and expressing the moon, while the group with child used unstable star handwriting, expressed lighthouses, and did not express the moon. Second, there was a significant difference in the level of depression according to the picture style and star size. Third, there was a significant difference in the level of self-differentiation according to the horizontal structure. The results of this study suggest that the measurement of depression and self-differentiation level in the response characteristics in Star-Wave Test of early childhood teachers is effective.
