본 글은 기후변화시대의 인권과 정의에 대해 탐색한다. 이를 위해 제일 먼저 기후변화 대응책으로 등장한 ‘태양 복사 관리’(SRM)를 중심으로 제기되고 있는 윤리적 쟁점인 도덕적 해이, 도덕적 부패 그리고 도덕적 오만의 문제를 검토하고, SRM 프로젝트의 실행에 따른 지구환경 정의에 해당하는 분배적 정의, 절차적 정의, 세대 간 정의 그리고 교정적 정의에 대해 논의한다. 마지막으로는 인간우월주의나 생태파시즘이 아닌 약한 인간중심주의 환경윤리와 세계시민주의에 기초한 SRM 프로젝트의 실행의 필요성을 제안한다.

This paper explores human rights and justice in the era of climate change. To achieve this goal, I examine the ethical issues of moral hazard, moral corruption, and moral arrogance that are being raised in relation to ‘Solar Radiation Management’(SRM), which have emerged as a countermeasure to climate change for the first time. In addition, I argue that distributive justice that corresponds to the definition of the global environment according to the implementation of SRM project, and argue for procedural justice, intergenerational justice, and corrective justice. Finally, I propose the necessity of implementing SRM project based on weak anthropocentric environmental ethics and cosmopolitanism rather than human chauvinism or ecofascism.
