이 글의 주된 목적은 리걸테크 사업, 특히 판결 예측 서비스의 생애주기를 따라가면서 창업자가 해당 서비스를 창업할 때 직면하게 될 법적 쟁점과 문제점들에 대하여 고찰해보는 것이다. 이를 위해 우선 본고에서 상정한 판결 예측 서비스의 내용과 운영방식을 구체화하고, 해당 서비스의 생애주기를 크게 설계 및 개발 단계, 출시 단계, 이용 단계로 나누어 분석하였다. 구체적으로는 판결 예측 서비스를 설계하고 개발하여 출시 후 소비자들이 이용함에 이르기까지 각 단계에서 발생 가능한 「개인정보 보호법」에 관한 쟁점과 재판 기록 공개에 관한 문제점, 인공지능의 속성에 관한 문제점, 「변호사법」에 관한 쟁점, 「제조물책임법」에 관한 쟁점들에 대하여 고찰하였다. 이후 비교법적 분석을 기반으로 하여 각 쟁점에 대한 해결방안과 적절한 논의 방향을 제언하였다. 본고에서 언급한 법적 쟁점들과 문제점들을 비롯하여 리걸테크 서비스 전반의 규율에 대한 종합적인 논의가 필요한 시점이라고 생각된다.

The main purpose of this article is to explore the legal issues and problems that a founder will face when starting a legal tech business while following the life cycle of the judgement prediction service. To this end, the contents and operation method of the judgment prediction service proposed in this paper were first specified, and the life cycle of the service was analysed by dividing it into design and development stages, launch stages, and utilization stages. Specifically, issues related to the Personal Information Protection Law, the disclosure of trial records, the nature of artificial intelligence, the Attorney-at-Law Act and the Product Liability Law, which can occur at each stage from design and development to launch and consumer use of judgment prediction, were considered. Subsequently, solutions and appropriate direction of discussion for each issue were proposed based on comparative analysis. It is considered that it is time for a comprehensive discussion of the legal tech service's overall discipline, as well as the legal issues and problems mentioned in this paper.
