본 논문은 크베타 파코브스카(Květa Pacovská)의 그림책에 나타난 실험적 표현기법에 대해 연구하고자 한다. 크베타 파코브스카 그림책의 스타일과 미학적 표현을 이해하기 위해 파울 클레(Paul Klee)의 작품들과 크베타 파코브스카 그림책의 조형 세계를 비교 분석하여 논문을 전개할 것이며, 파울 클레의 작품들의 조형원리와 음악적 이미지를 통해 크베타 파코브스카 그림책과 파울 클레의 작품의 연관성을 찾는 것이 주된 연구의 목적이다. 작가의 내적 탐구에서 비롯된 근원적 사고로부터 형성된 구조화된 조형과 색채, 선 그리고 운동과 리듬은 파울 클레 작품의 작품과 크베타 파코브스카 그림책에서 동시에 발견할 수 있는 요소들이다. 두 작가의 공통적인 조형미와 시각적 구성방식을 분석하기 위해 크베타 파코브스카 그림책 『모양놀이』, 『요일놀이』, 『성냥팔이 소녀』 세 작품과 파울 클레의 작품 「새로운 하모니」, 「보름달의 불」, 「지저귀는 기계」 등을 중심으로 한다. 연구의 방법은 기하학적인 형태의 실험적 화면구성기법, 강렬한 색채표현의 입체적 조형미, 리드미컬한 선과 운동감의 시각화의 세 가지 분류를 바탕으로 전개한다. 서론에서 보이지 않은 의미세계의 본질을 찾고자하는 파울 클레의 예술론이 메를로퐁티의 현상학적 이론과 만나는 점에 주목하여 2장에서 메를로퐁티의 미술이론을 바탕으로 파울 클레의 작품에 대해 논의하고 3장에서 크베타 파코브스카 그림책의 추상적 표현형식에 대해 다룰 것이다. 파울 클레의 사각형, 색과 선이 음악적 리듬과 결합한 지점을 중심으로 크베타 파코브스카의 그림책들에서 나타나는 음악의 시각적 이미지들을 연구할 것이다. 공감각적 특징을 활용하여 그림책의 표현 영역을 확장하고 다양한 재료와 실험적인 화면 기법을 시도한 대표적 그림책 작가 크베타 파코브스카의 작품들을 분석하는 것은 빠르게 변화하는 동시대의 시각예술 문화 현상 속에 그림책의 미학적 가치를 이해하는 데 도움이 될 것이다.
The purpose of this research is to study the experimental expression technique shown in Květa Pacovská's picture book. To understand the style and aesthetic expression of Květa Pacovská's picture books, this paper will be developed by comparatively analyzing the works of Paul Klee and Květa Pacovská's picture book. Through the formative principles and musical images of Paul Klee's works, we try to find the connection between Květa Pacovská's picture book and Paul Klee's works. The structured form, color, line, movement and rhythm formed from the original thought stemming from the artist's inner exploration are elements that can be found simultaneously in the works of Paul Klee and the picture books of Květa Pacovská. In order to analyze the common formative beauty and visual composition of the two artists, three works of Květa Pacovská's picture books, 『Rund und eckig』, 『Rotrothorn』, 『The Little Match Girl』 nd Paul Klee's works 『New Harmony』, 『Fire of the Full Moon』, 『Tweaking Machine』. The research method is developed based on three classifications: an experimental frame composition technique in a geometric form, a three-dimensional formative beauty of intense color expression, and a visualization of rhythmic lines and movement. First, the point where Klee's art theory, which seeks to find the essence of the meaning world invisible in the introduction, meets Merleau-Ponty's phenomenological theory. In Chapter 2, Paul Klee's work will be discussed based on Merleau-Ponty's art theory, and in Chapter 3, we will deal with the abstract expression form of Květa Pacovská picture book. Focusing on Paul Klee's square, the point where color and line are combined with musical rhythm, visual images of music appearing in Květa Pacovská's picture books will be studied. Analyzing the works of Květa Pacovská, a representative picture book writer who expanded the expression of picture books using features of synesthesia and tried various materials and experimental screen techniques, is the aesthetic value of picture books in the rapidly changing contemporary visual art culture.
