The world has made significant changes in economic life and society, and culture due to the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic. The most noticeable change among them is the spread of physical distance and non-face-to-face. This paradigm shift requires a long-term strategy, not a short-term strategy for the tourism and hospitality industries. Therefore, this study was supposed to listen to the field's voices through target group interviews. Moreover, it analyzed non-face-to-face services in the hotel industry after COVID-19 based on discussions with related experts such as industries and institutions that sought ways to operate strategic services in response to the post COVID era. As a result of the study, We found the following implications: 1.Untact services should prioritize the hygiene and safety of consumers' travel and leisure activities. 2.It is necessary to develop programs that can support wellness tourism or outdoor activities so that customers can enjoy a nature-friendly environment in a pleasant environment. 3.New principles and systems are required for human resource management following the transition of remote work. 4. Untact systems such as automation are expected to be actively introduced.
