One is the righteous person image. another one is heroic general image. The righteous person and heroic general images of GuanYu characterized by some narrative description in the novel 『SanGuo YanYi』. The narration of the novel 『SanGuoYanYi』 have two methods, which have short narrative and epic narrative. We believe that the comprehensive understanding about the ideal person image of GuanYu in the novel 『SanGuoYanYi』 will bring us the right direction to understanding of the “GuanYu Culture” and the “GuanYu Deification Culture”, the “SanGuoZhi Culture” in China.
