본 연구는 잠재프로파일 분석을 통해 보육교직원들이 인식하는 어린이집 강점유형과 강점 영향요인을 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 P시·U시·K도 어린이집에 근무 중인 원장과 교사 512명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, Mplus 8.2와 Jamovi 1.1.0를 활용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 보육교직원이 인식하는 어린이집 강점은 강점하위집단, 강점중간집단, 강점상위집단으로 분류되었으며, 이에 따라 평가준거에 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 강점하위집단을 준거집단으로 설정한 다항로지스틱분석에서 기관 유형, 응답자 직책, 보육정원 등의 요인이 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 강점기반접근의 어린이집 운영 컨설팅 및 평가 방안 모색에 중요한 기초자료가 될 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to explore the types of childcare centers perceived by childcare staff and factors influencing them through latent profile analysis. For the study, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 512 directors and teachers working at daycare centers in P city, U city, and K province, and data were analyzed using Mplus 8.2 and Jamovi 1.1.0. As a result of the analysis, the strengths of daycare centers recognized by childcare staff were classified into ‘lower strength group’, ‘middle strength group’, and ‘higher strength group’, and accordingly, there was a significant difference in evaluation criteria. Second, in the multinomial logistic analysis based on the strong subgroup, it was confirmed that factors such as institution type, respondent position, and nursery capacity had an effect. The results of this study will be an important basic data in finding a plan for consulting and evaluation of daycare management through a strength-based approach.
