The purpose of this study is to understand the relations of influence of a college student’s self-identity on career decision-making, and to provide basic materials necessary for career decision-making through the effect of Pilates program satisfaction; accordingly, this study deducted the results as follows with the survey, to which 336 college students replied, as the center, through the Smart PLS 2.0 M3 program. First, a college student’s self-identity was found to have the positive relations of influence on career decision-making. Second, a college student’s self-identity was found to have the positive relations of influence on the Pilates program. Third, it was found that Pilates program satisfaction had the positive relation of influence on career decision-making. Putting together the results as above, this study confirmed that the Pilates program is an exercise program having a positive interaction on a college student’s self-identity level. Particularly, this study also confirmed that the strength of the Pilates program in having a positive effect on a college student’s psychological, physical aspects was positively conveyed to a college student.
