본 연구는 Davis(1986)의 기술수용모델을 토대로 골프 스코어 관리 앱의 이용의도를 규명하고 더 나아가 프라이버시 염려의 조절효과를 검증하는 것에 연구의 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 골프 스코어 관리 앱을 이용한 경험이 있는 골프 참가자를 연구의 모집단으로 선정하고, 비확률표본추출법 중 편의표본추출법을 통해 478부의 표본을 수집하였다. 수집된 데이터에 대하여 빈도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 기술통계분석, 상관관계분석 및 구조방정식 모형 검증 및 다집단 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 골프 스코어 관리 앱의 지각된 용이성은 지각된 유용성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 골프 스코어 관리 앱의 지각된 용이성은 이용태도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 골프스코어 관리 앱의 지각된 유용성은 이용태도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 골프 스코어 관리 앱의 이용태도는 이용의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 골프 스코어 관리앱의 지각된 용이성, 지각된 유용성, 이용태도 및 이용의도 간의 관계에 있어 프라이버시 염려의 조절효과는 존재하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이처럼 본 연구에서는 기술수용모델을 통해 골프 스코어 관리 앱의 이용의도를 규명함으로써, 이용자증진을 위한 효과적인 앱 활용방안의 의미 있는 시사점을 제공하고 있다.

The purposes of this study was to predict use intention of golf score management application and further verify moderating role of privacy concerns. Toward this end, a total of 478 usable data were utilized in the data analysis. Data were analyzed using frequency analysis, CFA, reliability analysis, descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, SEM with AMOS 23.0 & SPSS 23.0. The results of this study were as follows. Firstly, perceived ease of use had a positive effect on perceived usefulness. Secondly, perceived ease of use had not significant effect on the attitude to use. Thirdly, perceived usefulness had a positive effect on attitude to use. Fourthly, user attitude to use had a positive effect on intention to use. Lastly, it has been shown that there is no moderating effect of privacy concerns in the relationship between perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude to use and intent of golf score management app. As such, this study provides meaningful implications for how to use effective app to promote users of golf score management app.
