In this paper, we noted the auxiliary verb serialization and checked the use of a auxiliary verb serialization shown in the corpus supposing that serialization has certain constraints and the features. As a result of the observation of the usage of the corpus, we could know that the auxiliary verb serialization is a very common phenomenon and two to three serials are preferred in real Korean language communication. And it can be seen that there are some significant features in the auxiliary verb serialization. first, in the auxiliary verb serialization, the order in which auxiliary verbs are combined has some tendency. Second, there are many instances of the auxiliary verb serialization that have been mentioned as aspectual expressions. Therefore, this paper also considered the significance of these observations. In conclusion, the difference in the degree of progress in grammaticalization and the orientation of grammaticalization, the grammatical function and so on were attributed to the constant tendency of the paraphrase chain. And in the auxiliary verb serialization is following the principle of relevance.
