본 연구의 목적은 국가 자격제도 시행에 따른 학교사회복지사 수련슈퍼바이저 신규 및 보수교육과정을 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위해 문헌조사를 바탕으로 학교사회복지 슈퍼비전 관련 학계 및 현장 전문가 30명을 대상으로 2라운드에 걸친 델파이 조사를 진행하였다. 조사결과 학교사회복지사 수련슈퍼바이저를 위한 신규 수련슈퍼바이저 교육과목은 수련제도 및 지침/운영방안 이해, 수련슈퍼비전 기획의 실제, 수련슈퍼비전의 기초 이해, 수련슈퍼비전 과정 및 단계, 수련슈퍼비전 방법, 수련슈퍼바이저 역량 및 역할, 수련슈퍼비전 윤리와 철학, 수련슈퍼비전 기능과 내용, 수련슈퍼비전 사례와 이슈, 학교사회복지 동향 및 학교사회복지사 역할 전망 등의 순위로 10개의 과목이 도출되었다. 수련슈퍼바이저 보수교육 과목은 위기개입, 사례관리, 개별 및 집단실천, 지역사회네트워크, 슈퍼비전 사례연구, 욕구반영 교과목 개설, 프로그램개발과 평가 슈퍼비전 등의 순위로 7개의 과목이 도출되었다. 또한 현장의 여건을 반영한 효과적이고 안정적인 교육운영을 위한 슈퍼바이저 교육과정 실행구조로 교육목적, 교육시간, 교육방법, 교육강사 자격요건 등을 확인하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 추후 수련슈퍼바이저 교육과정의 목적 달성 및 효과적인 운영을 위한 제언을 제시하였다.
The purpose of this study is to develop the new and continuing education curriculum for training supervisors, according to the implementation of the school social worker national qualification system. For this purse, based on the literature review, a two-round Delphi survey was conducted with 30 academics and field experts relate to school social work supervision. According to the findings, the ten new educational training courses were identified in the following ranks: Understanding the Training System and Guidelines/Operations, The Practice of Planning Training Supervision, Understanding the Basics of Training Supervision, Training Supervision Process and Stage, Training Supervision Method, Training Supervisor Competency and Role, Supervision Ethics and Philosophy, Supervision Function and Contents, Supervision Cases and Issues, Trends in School Social Work and The Role of School Social Workers. The seven continuing education courses were identified in the following ranks: Crisis Intervention, Case Management, Individual and Group Practice, Community Network, Supervision Case Study, Offering Courses Reflecting Needs, Program Development and Evaluation Supervision. Based on the results of these findings, implications and recommendations were suggested to achieve the purpose of training supervisor educational curriculum as well as effective operation of it.
