본 연구의 목적은 무용전공 대학생을 대상으로 하여 투지와 무용공연자신감이 무용중독에 대해 어떠한 영향력을 보이는가를 분석하는 것이다. 연구대상은 무용전공 대학생 210명이며, 연구도구로는 투지척도, 무용중독척도 및 무용공연자신감 척도를 사용하였고, 자료처리는 상관분석 및 단계적 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 무용중독에 대한 투지와 무용공연자신감의 상관분석결과에서 무용중독의 금단증세, 애착, 내성, 강박증 하위요인 모두와 투지의 흥미일관성과 노력지속성 하위요인간에는 유의미한 상관이 나타났다. 또한 무용중독의 하위요인 모두와 무용공연자신감의 숙련 자신감, 인지효율자신감 및 회복탄력 자신감간에도 정적 상관이 나타났다. 회귀분석결과에서는 무용공연자신감의 인지효율자신감은 무용중독의 애착과 강박증에, 그리고 숙련자신감은 금단증세와 내성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 투지의 노력지속성은 무용중독의 내성에 그리고 흥미일관성은 강박증에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 통해 무용전공대학생의 투지 및 무용공연자신감에 대한 합리적 판단을 바탕으로 하여 무용 수행의 완성도에 대한 적절한 자기평가의 중요성 및 무용중독에 대한 인식을 제고하는 효과가 있을 것으로 기대된다.
The purpose of the study was to investigate the influence of dance major student's grit and dance performance confidence on dance addiction. Participants for this study were 210 dance major students. Cronbach's α, and confirmatory factor analysis were used for reliability and construct validity, respectively. For the statistical analyses, correlation analysis and stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis were used. The correlations between the perseverance of effort factors of grit and all factors of dance addiction are positively significant. But the correlations between the consistency of interests factors of grit and all factors of dance addiction are negatively significant. The perseverance of effort factor of grit has statistically significant influence on the tolerance factor of dance addiction. The consistency of interests factor of grit has statistically significant influence on the obsession and compulsion factors of dance addiction. The confidence about physical skills and training factor of performance confidence has statistically significant influence on the withdrawal symptom and tolerance factors of dance addiction. The confidence about cognitive efficiency factor of performance confidence has statistically significant influence on the attachment and the obsession and compulsion factors of dance addiction. In conclusion, the dance major student's grit and dance performance confidence have significant influence on dance addiction.
