The study is concerned with finding the effects of instructor's leadership type on dance commitment and dance adherence for participants in adult ballet class. First, the type of training and instruction, democratic type, social type and positive compensation type, which are the guiding types of adult ballet instructor’s, were found to have a static correlation between dance commitment and dance adherence. The type of autocratic type for adult ballet instructor has a negative correlation between dance commitment. Second, the adult ballet instructor's positive compensation type had a static effect on the dance commitment and dance adherence. Third, dance commtitment of adult ballet students, have been shown to have a static effect on the intention of dance adherence. Fourth, the positive compensation type of adult ballet instructor has a static effect on the intention of dance adherence.
