The research subject of this study is the Curriculum Development of Korean for Interpretation and Translation Purposes. For Korean interpretation and translation Studies has become an important area of research in recent years, particularly in China due to the rapid increase of the number of Korean Interpretation and Translation programs at graduate and postgraduate levels. Foreign students will want to learn the Korean translation and interpretation. This high level of Korean language education requires foreign learners to the Korean translation and interpretation. However, Except a few subjects or classes, The Korean education has not yet developed such a program.
This study explores the curriculum development of Korean programs for interpretation and translation and attempts to offer a model through the program of the Korean language education for foreigners.
