A New Access for the Conceptualization of Business Culture

This paper have three kinds of purposes that is based on the past data. A business culture is composed of a visible common conceptualization in 1980’s. After I look into the solution related on measuring of the business culture. In this study I try to attempt a new access of the business culture and test business culture to stand a competition advantage through the relationship business culture between business strategy. This study also suggest an really useful alternative idea on the new business culture to korean enterprise.
