The education on designs has a purpose of cultivating designers who will produce our environments in order to improve the quality of life. During the last decade, the beauty industry has grown up astonishingly. So hair designers are in a position to do it more responsively. And this study may forms a part of cultivating them Forms are to incarnate contents and the principles of design and the elements of forms which Wucius Wong illuminated have an insight on the fact. This study focused on a segment of his designing system, that is. the elements of forms. And I expect that it will guide those, who have some relation with hair designing, to have an insight on making creative hair styles. The chapter 2 is on what design is. which we must comprehend aprior to this study. On chaper 3. the elements of form by Wucius Wong are introduced and I investigated the 3-dimensional elements of hair designs step by step simultaniously.
