Internet quickly change society environment as well as so far education environment. Recently government, industry, and an educational institution are carrying out technical development research to expel cyber education environment via Internet. But until now insufficiency of social infra composition and multimedia education contents has not revitalize cyber education system. The cyber education system be worse than the conventional education in a side view of quality. In this thesis, we designed and drove internet system Edumaster to supply information management of learner, convenient education management using question input unit and test paper generator, estimation management of learner, and open communication channel. And internet system Edumaster in conventional education environment assistant tool.
