이 연구는 2019 김운용컵 국제오픈태권도대회 참여자들을 대상으로 대회 참여동기가 참여만족과 지속적 참여의도에 미치는 영향관계를 규명하는 데 목적이 있다. 자료수집은 편의표본 추출법을 이용하여 장충체육관에서 대회기간동안 수집하였으며, 총 210부의 설문지를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 자료처리는 PASW-WIN 25.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구의 결과 첫째, 2019 김운용컵 국제오픈태권도대회 참여자들의 참여동기가 참여만족에 부분적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 2019 김운용컵 국제오픈태권도대회 참여자들의 참여동기 중 추구요인만이 지속적 참여의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 2019 김운용컵 국제오픈태권도대회 참여자들의 대회 참여만족요인 중 사회적만족이 지속적 참여의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to identify the motivation for participation, satisfaction with participation and intent to continue in the participants of the ‘2019 KIMUNYONG CUP International Open Taekwondo Championships. Data was collected the competition at Jangchung Gymnasium using the ‘convenience sampling’ for research and a total of 210 questionnaires were used for final analysis. Data processing was performed by frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using the PASW-WIN 25.0 program. As a result of the study, first, participation motivation of the participants in the 2019 KIMUNYONG CUP International Open Taekwondo Championships was found to have a significantly partial effect on participation satisfaction. Second, it was found that only the pursuit factors among the participants' motivation to participate in the 2019 KIMUNYONG CUP International Open Taekwondo Championships were positively affected. Third, among the satisfaction factors of the participants of the 2019 KIMUNYONG Cup International Open Taekwondo Competition, it was found that social satisfaction influenced the intention to continue participating.
