4차 산업 혁명이 도래함에 따라 비행 문제가 심각한 청소년의 혼란은 가중될 것으로 예상되어 본 연구는 불교적 차원에서 이에 대응할 포교전략을 제시하여 청소년이 직면할 위기에 대응하고자 하였다. 4차 산업 혁명은 첨단기술을 제공함으로써 다양한 혜택이 기대되지만, 인간 가치의 하락, 부정적인 인간관계, 소통의 단절 심화와 같은 윤리적 문제가 악화될 것이 우려되며 이는 청소년 가치관에 큰 혼란을 줄 것이 자명한바, 불교는 불교 근본 사상인연기법에 기초하여 윤리적 교육을 제공할 책임이 있다는 것이다. 하지만 현재 청소년 흥미를 반영하는 콘텐츠 부족과 능률적인 전달 수단 모색에 실패하여 다가올 4차 산업 혁명에 대비한 포교 대응 전략이 필요함이 시사되었다. 따라서 본 연구는 청소년 흥미에 적합한 마케팅 전개와 홍보를 시작으로 불교 명상과 청소년 자원봉사, 불교 방과 후 프로그램의 새로운 방향성을 제시하였고 이러한 오프라인 청소년 포교에 기초한 4차 산업 혁명에 적합한 포교전략으로 불교 빅데이터 구축, 4차 산업 기술을 활용한 불교 교리 학습, 4차 산업 혁명 속성과 대응이 반영된 교육적 커리큘럼 구축, 전문인력 양성의 필요성을 제시하였다. 본 연구 결과로, 청소년이 4차 산업 시대에 불교 청소년관에 따라 청소년이 순수한 마음과 천진한 마음을 간직한 우월한 존재로 지속하기를 희망한다.

In a situation where the confusion of adolescents with serious delinquency is expected to increase with the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, this study aimed to cope with the crisis that they will face by presenting a missionary strategy to deal with the problem from a Buddhist point of view. It is expected that the Fourth Industrial Revolution will provide a variety of benefits with human beings along with the provision of cutting-edge technology, and it is also concerned that it will exacerbate ethical issues, such as declining human values, the formation of negative relationships, the deepening disconnection of communication, etc,. which seem obvious that they will cause great confusion in adolescents’ values, implying that Buddhism is responsible for providing ethical education, based on its fundamental idea of Dhamma. However, it has lacked the number of content that can inspire the interest of adolescents and, moreover, failed to find an efficient means of delivery, suggesting that a missionary strategy for the upcoming Fourth Industrial Revolution is urgently required. Therefore, this study suggested a new direction, such as Buddhist meditation, adolescents’ volunteering, and Buddhism’s after-school programs, starting with the development and promotion of marketing suitable for arousing the interest of adolescents. Furthermore, it also suggested the necessity of building big data of Buddhism, learning the Buddhist doctrine using the Fourth Industrial Technology, building an educational curriculum reflecting the attributes and responses of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and nurturing professional manpower as a missionary strategy suitable for the Fourth Industrial Revolution based on the above-mentioned offline missionary activities for adolescents. With the results of this study, it is hoped that adolescents will be able to continue to live as superior beings with a pure and innocent mind even in the Fourth Industrial Revolution in accordance with the Buddhist view of adolescents.
